This is a classic cheesecake with a twist. We use cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. Just as delicious!

The sour cream topping contains gelatine. Everyone has a favourite cheesecake. This is ours: old fashioned with a Tennis biscuit crust and a selection of fresh berries. PLEASE NOTE: If you are collecting the cake a day before you will be serving it, please ask us to provide the berries separate.
